Agent Not Included is operated by Robert Rosario Real Estate, a sole proprietorship.

When you request the free guide we collect your email, consent, signup time, country and campaign tags, and use them to provide the guide and occasional tips. An IP-based hourly counter limits abuse. Signed cookies remember course and guide access; campaign tags stay in session storage.

We use Cloudflare (hosting, data storage and, if enabled, analytics) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal information.

We keep lead information until you ask us to delete it. To unsubscribe, access or delete your information, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable US state privacy laws, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.
